DESCRIPTION:
Performs an advanced level of professional estimating work and administers activities related to all aspects of maintaining estimates, bids and orders. The position requires a person that is versatile, hard-working and well organized who will take ownership of responsibilities. A self-starter with independent work habits is a must.

TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS:
· 1 year residential estimating experience in 1 coat stucco
· Proficient in On Screen Take Off estimating program is A MUST as well as general computer proficiency
· Proficient reading blueprints/plans and specs
· Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form

Experience:
- Relevant experience – 5 years (required)
- Construction Estimating – 1 year (required)
- Estimating – 1 year (required)
Responsibilities:
· Assemble competitive estimates
· Prepare cost estimates and budgets of materials, labor and equipment for each job
· Communicate with General Contractors and Suppliers to collect project details and pricing

- Vision or other powers of observation which permits ability to receive, enter, process, and monitor physical property and accurately maintain accounting records.

- Personal mobility and physical reflexes which permits working in an office setting, to safely move and lift moderately heavy physical property weighing up to 25 pounds routinely.
