We’re looking for a driven, coachable individual who’s ready to build a career in B2B sales. Experience in staffing is a plus, but not required—we value work ethic, integrity, and the willingness to learn. If you’re ready to grow, we’re ready to invest in you.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect and develop new B2B relationships in the construction and skilled trades sectors

• Maintain and grow existing accounts with high-touch communication

• Conduct in-person visits, job site walkthroughs, and client meetings

• Partner with internal recruiters to fulfill client staffing needs

• Track activity, pipeline, and progress using internal systems

• Represent our brand with professionalism and integrity

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales experience (especially B2B), but not required

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

• Confidence, resilience, and a desire to WIN

• Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through

• Coachable mindset—you bring the hustle, we’ll provide the roadmap

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
