Construction Solicitor
Job DescriptionA great opportunity has arisen for a Junior Construction Solicitor (NQ - 3 PQE) to join a nationally recognised team, known for handling high-quality contentious construction work.You'll work closely with experienced lawyers on a broad range of disputes including adjudications, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution, with clients ranging from developers and contractors to housing associations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with construction disputes, including adjudication, litigation, and mediationAdvising on risk management and contract issuesBuilding strong relationships with clientsOptional exposure to non-contentious mattersGetting involved in business development and client events
About You:
