Client

A leading national Legal 500 firm are seeking a construction lawyer to join their London office.

Role

You will undertake a wide variety of non-contentious construction work running your own caseload and assisting senior members of the team with matters. You will negotiate and draft bespoke contracts as well as advising on construction related documents such as warranties and bonds.

Clients include leaders in the construction and engineering, energy and utilities sectors including major UK developers.

You

You should have experience in construction law, with a focus on non-contentious construction law matters, and 0-2 years PQE. You must have solid experience from a well regarded law firm with good technical drafting skills.
