Remodeling Wizards of Maryland is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor with hands-on experience in residential remodeling. You'll be responsible for overseeing job sites from start to finish, managing subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering top-quality craftsmanship that reflects our commitment to excellence. Must be willing to oversee jobs in Anne Arundel County, Baltimore County, Howard County, and Queen Anne's County.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of residential remodeling projects
• Coordinate subcontractors and in-house crews
• Ensure jobs stay on schedule and within budget
• Perform quality checks and resolve issues proactively
• Complete punch lists
• Jump in as needed to complete carpentry tasks
• Maintain safety protocols on all job sites
• Communicate with clients and office staff to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in construction supervision, ideally in residential remodeling
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, framing, drywall, and general trades
• Ability to use the computer for downloading files, checking and responding to emails, and filling out Excel documents
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to read blueprints and manage timelines
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• OSHA certification a plus
• Bilingual a plus
