Leading Mercer County General Construction firm in the Commercial and Industrial field known for delivering high quality public and private projects on time and on budget seeking highly motivated and experienced Construction Site Superintendent to oversee and coordinate all project activities including supervision of work performed with our own inhouse forces. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities include:

• supervise all on site construction activities
• act as primary point of contact with clients, consultants, subcontractors and design team.
• manage daily reporting ,inspections and documentation
• monitor and drive project schedules

Requirements:

• proven experience as a site superintendent in commercial, industrial and municipal construction
• strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and building codes.
• excellent leadership and communication skills
• ability to read and thoroughly understand plans and specifications
