Bilingual Onsite Staffing Coordinator (Construction)

Fort Wayne, IN | $24–$30/hr + OT | Hiring Now

We’re hiring a Bilingual Onsite Staffing Coordinator to support active construction projects. This is a hands‐on, onsite role working directly with GCs, Foremen, and field crews.

This is not a desk job.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the onsite point of contact for workforce and leadership
• Track time, attendance, and workforce activity
• Support onboarding, PPE compliance, and site safety
• Work in the field solving problems in real time
• Communicate daily with trades, foremen, and clients

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual required: English & Spanish (Haitian Creole a plus)
• Comfortable on active construction sites
• Able to work 8–12+ hour days (Mon–Fri, some Saturdays)
• Strong communication, organization, and urgency
• Staffing, recruiting, or construction experience

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 )
• Able to pass background check & 10‐panel drug screen
