As a trusted name in the construction industry, we are expanding and looking to add a Construction Site Coordinator to our talented team in South Carolina.


Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Construction Site Coordinator to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our construction projects. This position requires a sharp eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our projects by coordinating workers, monitoring progress, and maintaining safety standards.


Job Duties:

  • Travel is required
  • Create your own schedule as per project requirements and deadlines
  • Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.
  • Manage project schedules, resources, and personnel to meet milestones.
  • Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections.
  • Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues.
  • Track project budgets and help control costs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of progress and safety protocols.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a construction management role, with a focus on commercial or industrial projects.
  • High School Diploma Required/associate degree/Certification in related field .
  • Proficient in construction management software and basic project management tools
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
