Job DescriptionJob Description

Arlington-Mansfield Based Design Build Commercial General Contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a minimum 10 experiance in Commercial/ Industrial construction projects ranging from $2 - $25 million.

Senior Project Managers are responsible for projects from Planning to completion, running multiple projects, conducting project meetings, Developing & maintaining schedules, assisting project managers and superintendents with implementing plans and specifications.

Requirements include:

• Minimum 10 years experience as a commercial / industrial project manager building ground up and major remodel projects.
• Commercial experience is a must
• Able to prepare full construction schedules using Microsoft Project, three week look ahead schedules and be able to use a laptop computer to prepare reports and email.
• Must be able to coordinate subcontractors to see that they complete the construction scope of work by the designated time frames.
• Must be able to effectively read construction drawings to ensure building trades are construction the scope correctly
• Able to track, monitor and prepare cost reports for each project
• Must be able to work closely with on site project superintendent and owners representative to manage the relationship.
• Assist other project managers with all tasks listed above
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
