Scope of Work / Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction schedules from pre-construction through project completion
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project timelines
- Plan and manage logistics, including material deliveries, equipment scheduling, and workforce allocation
- Identify critical path activities and proactively address potential delays
- Track project progress and provide regular schedule updates and reports
- Ensure all activities comply with project sequencing, permits, and inspection requirements
- Work closely with field teams to ensure proper execution of daily and weekly schedules
- Assist in evaluating change orders and their impact on the project schedule
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Monitor site constraints and develop solutions to optimize workflow and productivity
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction Scheduler (residential experience )
- Strong background in logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination
- Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar)
- Solid understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and timelines
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
