Urgently Hiring- Northeast Power Dry is urgently hiring a Re-Construction Project Manager for a full-time position in NJ.

Northeast Power Dry is seeking a Re-Construction Project Manager with a proven track record of success in the construction or restoration industry, to contribute to the growth of the Reconstruction Department. The right individual will possess subcontractor management skills and a high level of customer service. This person should be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that is laser-focused on customer service, operational execution, and growth.

Responsibilities Include:
- Within Salesforce, completely Project Manage assigned residential reconstruction projects, ensuring correct production and quality control efforts meet Dry Force standards
- Selling and closing the Residential Reconstruction job to the Homeowner
- Building estimates using Matterport software into production
- Coordinating internal pre/post-production efforts
- Assisting customers through the insurance claims process
- Ensure through an effective liaison relationship, the insurance adjuster approves the estimate
- Managing subcontractors, insurance companies, coworkers, and customers
- Inspection of job sites on a regular basis
- Effectively briefing and communicating with peers, staff, and leadership
- Complete all reconstruction jobs efficiently, maintaining profitable revenue expectations
- Maintaining safety standards at all times
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2-3 years of Project Management experience in a related field.

- Daily territory travel by company car
