Delta Fabricators Construction Management is a trusted name in Houstons commercial and industrial construction scene. We specialize in high-quality, customized fabrication and construction solutions. As we continue to grow, were looking for a motivated Sales Construction Representative to join our team and help us expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients to generate new business opportunities in the construction sector
- Drive throughout the Houston area to pursue leads and build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and developers
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote company services and enhance brand visibility
- Prepare and submit accurate, competitive bids for commercial and industrial construction projects
- Lead client negotiations and close profitable agreements
- Represent Delta Fabricators at job sites, industry events, conferences, and networking functions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and capabilities to effectively communicate value
- Track leads, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management
What You Bring
- Proven experience in construction sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, bidding procedures, and project management processes
- Estimating experience
- Bachelors degree Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field ()
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with bidding processes and contract negotiations
- Familiarity with the Houston construction market and an established network of industry contacts ()
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
