**Location:** Arizona (based in Glendale], with valleywide/statewide travel as needed)

**Job Type:** Full-Time

About Us:

D&O Contractors Inc. is a respected name in Arizona’s civil construction industry, known for delivering high-quality excavation and paving services. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven Construction Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our client base and project pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

· Generate leads through networking, cold calls, referrals, and site visits

· Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals

· Work with estimators and project managers to ensure accurate quoting

· Track and report sales metrics and pipeline activity

· Representing the company at industry events and meetings

Qualifications:

· Sales experience, preferably in the construction or contracting industry is a plus 

· Strong knowledge of civil construction services, road and parking lot maintenance (excavation, grading, paving, sealcoat, etc.) is a plus

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Self-motivated and results-driven

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
