Construction Safety Associate (Night Shift)
We are seeking an experienced Construction Safety Associate to support a large-scale construction project in the greater Cincinnati area. This role is responsible for ensuring field safety compliance, conducting site inspections, and partnering with project teams to maintain a safe, collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate brings strong construction safety experience, excellent communication and documentation skills, and the flexibility to work night shifts with occasional overtime.

Summary:

• Job Position: Construction Safety Associate
• Hours: Night shift - 6pm to 4 am, 4 10 hour days, with occasional F&S OT
• Rate of Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour (based on experience).
• Location: Cincinnati, OH
• Assignment: 8-12 months

Requirements:

• Prefer local to area/greater Cincinnati
• High School degree or GED minimum (higher secondary education/degree's )
• OSHA 30, OSHA 510, CHST or additional construction experience.
• Qualified/Competent Person: Fall Protection; Scaffolding; Excavation/Trenching, Elevated/Roofing Work, Crane and Crane Works, etc.
• 5-10 years of Construction and Manufacturing field safety compliance, supervisory experience.
• Well-versed in Industrial Hygiene concepts and monitoring practices (Silica, Respiratory Protection, etc.; CIH ideal, not required)  
• Must have excellent writing and computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, SharePoint and TEAMS).
• Great communication skillset - written & verbally
• Eager and willing to learn with an attitude that supports collaborative team environment
• Flexible to weekend work and possible night shifts (with advanced notice)
• Immediate mobilization/placement for acceptable and approved candidate.
