Job Summary:

Hadco Safety Solutions is seeking a Construction Safety and Emergency Egress Compliance Specialist to oversee safety and compliance on construction sites during the installation of photoluminescent egress systems. This role ensures projects meet local, state, and federal safety regulations while maintaining the highest standards of emergency preparedness and risk management.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce construction site safety protocols during egress system installations.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, building codes, and industry standards.

• Conduct safety audits and inspections for ongoing and completed projects.

• Train installation teams on proper safety procedures and emergency protocols.

• Document incidents, near-misses, and corrective actions to prevent future hazards.

• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to integrate safety into project planning.

• Provide guidance on emergency egress system placement and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction safety or compliance roles.

• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification required; additional safety certifications .

• Strong knowledge of building codes, hazard identification, and risk assessment.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Willingness to travel to multiple job sites as needed.
