We are looking for a dedicated and passionate construction runner to join our team as a key contributor.

Position Summary

The Construction Runner plays a critical support role on job sites by ensuring materials, tools, and supplies are delivered promptly and efficiently. This position supports the project team by reducing downtime, maintaining workflow, and assisting with various site tasks as needed. The ideal candidate is highly reliable, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up, transport, and deliver materials, tools, and equipment between vendors, storage facilities, and job sites.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, receipts, and mileage logs.
• Assist with unloading and organizing supplies at construction sites.
• Support project managers and site supervisors by completing miscellaneous errands as requested.
• Ensure company vehicles are properly maintained (fueling, inspections, cleanliness).
• Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations while on site and on the road.
• Provide general labor support on job sites when deliveries are not required (e.g., site cleanup, staging materials).
• Communicate clearly with supervisors regarding schedules, delays, or material shortages.

Skills & Qualifications

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation and ability to operate company vehicles (including trucks or vans).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and transport materials up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with basic construction materials and tools .
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Materials are delivered accurately and on time to keep projects moving forward.
• Vehicles and equipment are maintained in safe, working condition.
• Site teams feel supported with reliable, efficient assistance.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in construction, warehouse, or delivery .

Working Conditions

• Primarily field-based with frequent driving to and from job sites and vendors.
• Exposure to outdoor conditions, including varying weather.
• Must be able to work flexible hours depending on project needs.

Additional Requirements

• A valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
