Construction Recruiter

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Recruiter to help grow our team across Florida. This is not a remote position. This role is all about finding great people — from electricians and superintendents to office staff who keep our projects running smoothly. You’ll handle the full hiring process: posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and making sure every new hire feels like a strong fit for our team and our values.

If you enjoy working with people, know how to spot good talent, and can keep things moving in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle recruiting for both field and office positions across Florida.

  • Build relationships with hiring managers to understand what each team needs.

  • Post jobs, review resumes, and talk with candidates to find the right fit.

  • Keep the hiring process organized — schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and communicate clearly every step of the way.

  • Find new ways to reach potential candidates — online, through referrals, trade schools, and local connections.

  • Keep an active pipeline of strong candidates for key positions.

  • Help promote the company as a great place to work through social media and local outreach.

  • Track and share basic recruiting metrics like time-to-fill and hiring trends.

  • Make sure all recruiting activities follow employment laws and company policies.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction, trades, or a similar hands-on industry.

  • Comfortable hiring both skilled tradespeople and office staff.

  • Knows how to find and connect with good people quickly.

  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.

  • Organized and able to juggle multiple positions at once.

  • Familiar with online recruiting tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.

It’s a Plus If You Have

  • Experience hiring electricians, superintendents, or other skilled trades.

  • Knowledge of local job markets around Florida.

  • A knack for connecting with people from all walks of life.

  • A positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.

What Success Looks Like

  • You fill open positions quickly with the right people.

  • Candidates and hiring managers have a smooth, professional experience.

  • You keep a steady pipeline of quality candidates ready for our growing needs.

  • You build trust with the field teams and office staff alike.
