What You’ll Do:

• Source and recruit skilled construction workers across multiple trades.
• Screen candidates to match them with the right projects and contractors.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring steady communication and ongoing support.
• Manage the full recruiting process—from posting jobs, phone screening, and interviews to onboarding new hires.
• Maintain candidate pipelines to meet current and future staffing needs.
• Partner with our sales and operations teams to fulfill contractor staffing requests quickly and effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous recruiting, staffing, or construction industry experience ( but not required).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls, interviews, and follow-ups daily.
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with a drive to meet goals and help others succeed.
