What Youll Do

  • Manage the client experiencedriving satisfaction through consistently clear, professional communication with clients, PMs, and stakeholders.
  • Develop scopes of work, create estimates, and coordinate all warranty-related scheduling.
  • Oversee subcontractor relationshipsvetting, onboarding/licensing, availability, and compliance.
  • Handle permits, inspections, project budgets, material orders, and Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Provide weekly project reporting; conduct site inspections, final walkthroughs, and ensure closeout documentation is accurate on each file.
  • Lead WorkinProgress meetings; ensure seamless communication between reconstruction and mitigation teams.
  • Train and mentor construction team members; manage day-to-day operations and uphold safety and quality standards.
  • Execute change orders, update schedules, resolve on-site issues, and ensure compliance with codes, specs, and company policies.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma/GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree in construction-related field .
  • 5+ years in estimating, including 1+ years in restoration; proficiency with Xactimate and CoreLogic DASH software.
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills; results-oriented mindset with strong multi-tasking and detail-.
  • Honest, dependable, and highly communicativeable to negotiate, collect deposits, and set project expectations clearly.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to respond to on-call needs as necessary.

Schedule

  • Full-time, between the hours of 7AM7PM (MonFri), minimum 40hrs/week. Expect evenings, occasional weekends (based on project demands), and local travelwith occasional out-of-area work.

Physical Demands

  • Occasionally - lifting materials, climbing ladders, operating in heat/cold, working amid noise and machinery. Frequently - walking, standing, driving, using tools, and navigating jobsite environments.
