Summary
Are you a highly skilled and experienced construction project estimator? Do you enjoy helping others?
As a Construction Rebuild Estimator, you will be responsible for determining the cost for SERVPRO rebuild projects while ensuring all job site safety and OSHA requirements are being followed. You will be handling all aspects of the estimation process, customer support and project planning for our rebuild division, working directly with the Rebuild Project Manager to provide an excellent rebuild experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities
- Ability to manage multiple rebuild projects and produce high volume estimates
- Interpret documents such as drawings, technical manuals and technical specifications to compile an estimate
- Review project plans, specifications and bid documents to develop accurate cost estimates
- Compiling and distributing bid estimates
- Work with the Rebuild Project Manager to collect and categorize productivity and cost information
- Reviewing estimates and revisions for completeness and accuracy
- Utilizing bid data to prepare detailed bid comparisons
- Conscious and proficient understanding of profitability
- Other tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED; Construction Estimating Certificate, Associates and/or Bachelors degree in construction related field
- 3+ years of estimating experience
- Experience with Xactimate software
- Experience with CoreLogic DASH software
- Strong process and results driven attitude
- Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
- Strong work ethic
- Honest and accountable
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to work on-call shifts
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
Occasional Lifting objects/property, climbing ladders, exposed to extreme cold or heat, high noise levels
Constant - Walking, standing and working with your hands, exposure to power tools and other machinery
Frequent - Driving and sitting
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements
This is a full-time position working hours varying between 7:00am - 7:00pm, MondayFriday, minimum of 40 hours per week. This position frequently requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day), depending on the scope of work. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
