Construction & Real Estate Litigation Associate Attorney | San Antonio, TX (Hybrid)

A leading AmLaw 50 firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience in construction and real estate commercial litigation to join its San Antonio office. This is an excellent opportunity to handle complex, high-stakes disputes while working with a team that values collaboration, precision, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction and real estate litigation matters from inception through resolution.

• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests in state and federal court.

• Take and defend depositions, work closely with expert witnesses, and develop comprehensive case strategies.

• Collaborate with partners and clients to deliver exceptional service and practical solutions.

• Handle multiple active cases while maintaining high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in construction and/or real estate commercial litigation.

• Proven ability to draft motions, argue hearings, and manage complex discovery.

• Strong written and oral advocacy skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Active Texas Bar membership required.
