Military & Federal Construction is seeking qualified candidates who carry the qualifications necessary to fulfill the role of a Quality Control Supervisor positions.

Responsibilities and duties As Quality Control Manager:

- Oversee and manage the quality control process for construction projects.

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

- Collect and analyze data on construction materials, processes, and performance - Identify and report any deficiencies or non-compliance issues - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address quality or safety concerns.

- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.

- Train and educate staff on quality control processes and best practices.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures.

- Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, findings, and corrective actions.

Experience:

- Minimum of 10 years experience in construction.

- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction Quality Control Manager on government projects

- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, safety and regulations

- Familiarity with data collection and analysis techniques

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-Must have USACE QC certificate

- Must have OSHA 30

This is a position for a candidate who carries the qualifications of a Quality Control Supervisor with experience in construction inspection and quality control. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality control process for construction projects, conducting inspections, collecting data, identifying deficiencies, and collaborating with project stakeholders to address quality & or safety concerns. A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is , along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control on government projects. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety regulations is required. The ability to collect and analyze data, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective communication are also essential for this role.
