What you will do

• Monitor builder portals daily for new jobs and updates; verify job details against internal documentation and resolve discrepancies.
• Create and manage Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and work orders, ensuring accurate job details, materials, quantities, pricing, and correct account coding.
• Coordinate purchasing and ordering of materials with vendors and field managers, including additional materials as requested.
• Maintain clear, organized communication with vendors, field managers, and supervisors; route issues promptly to ensure smooth job execution.
• Invoice customers upon job completion and manage an average workload of 7-9 job orders per day.
• Mentoring team members and navigating complex issues that arise.

What We Are Looking For
Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Previous experience in construction office or administrative support
• ERP fluency, troubleshooting, and reporting
• 3+ years of purchasing experience
• Construction or siding knowledge

:

• Hands-On knowledge of exterior siding products
• Strong understanding of builder schedules, production timelines, and takeoffs
• Proven success purchasing for high volume or production home builders
