Construction Superintendent (Residential)

Ventura & Santa Barbara Counties

Full-Time | Pay Based on Experience

Construction company is hiring an experienced Residential Superintendent to run field operations on custom homes and track builds.

Schedule:

• On-site 8 hours/day, Monday–Friday

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily job site operations
• Manage subcontractors and schedules
• Ensure quality, safety, and timeline adherence
• Coordinate materials, inspections, and deliveries
• Communicate with PMs and clients

What You Bring:

• 10+ years residential construction experience
• Experience with custom + production homes
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read plans and manage multiple trades
