Job DescriptionConstruction Project Manager – Capital ProjectsLocation: Wolverhampton (multi-site working may be required)Rate: Competitive 12 Month Contract with opportunity of extension/permanent roleAre you an experienced Construction Project Manager looking to lead complex, high-value capital projects from concept through to completion? We’re working with a healthcare organisation delivering an ambitious capital works programme, and they’re looking to appoint a driven Project Manager to join their team.The RoleYou will take ownership of a portfolio of construction and infrastructure projects, managing everything from feasibility and design through to delivery and handover. Key Responsibilities- Lead and deliver multiple construction projects within a capital programme- Manage consultants, contractors, and stakeholders- Oversee design development, procurement, and contract delivery- Control budgets, timelines, and project performance- Ensure compliance with health & safety and regulatory requirements- Provide reporting and senior stakeholder communication- Support business cases and long-term planning About You- Experience managing complex construction projects- Strong leadership and team management skills- Commercial awareness and contract knowledge (NEC & JCT)- Confident communicator- Relevant degree or equivalent experience- Hold a professional membership (MRICS, MCIOB etc)- Knowledge and experience of working within the healthcare sector is preferredWhy Apply- Opportunity to deliver high-impact projects- Strong pipeline of work- Join a stable, professional team in a positive environment- Career progression opportunitiesApply now or contact us for further information –
