Project Manager - Civil Engineering and Commercial Groundworks - Midlands

Circa £80,000 - £100,000 PAYE plus package or £350 - £450per day Ltd Co Status

Covering civil engineering and groundworks across sectors including:

Project and works will typically include:

• Bulk excavation, ground remediation and piling
• Foundations and specialist tanking installation
• Retaining walls and Substructures
• Reinforced concrete sub-structures
• Formwork installations
• Roads, Bridges, s278, s38 and related highways infrastructure
• Shafts and Tunnels
• External works, hard and soft landscaping

Requirements:

SMSTS & CSCS cards

Strong background in commercial groundwork's and associated civil engineering
