About the role
Woodie’s Wash Shack is growing fast, and we’re looking for a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead new-site and remodel projects. If someone has retail development experience and a passion for delivering successful projects, they’ll be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout
• Build/manage schedules, budgets, scopes, and logistics
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams
• Review and implement Owner contract requirements
• Oversee subcontractor buyout and scope development
• Manage change orders, RFIs, and design documents
• Track cost-to-complete, cash flow, and forecasting
• Ensure projects are on time, on budget, and to high quality standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail development (car wash a plus)
• Strong spreadsheet/budget/timeline management skills
• Knowledge of contract requirements and subcontractor coordination
• Based in Tampa or willing to relocate
