Job DescriptionJob Description

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in unit renovations and common area construction within occupied senior living facilities. This position will lead capital improvement initiatives and coordinate with on-site teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in improving spaces that directly impact community living standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead construction activities for unit and facility renovations, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Coordinate with field supervisors and subcontractors to maintain effective communication and seamless project execution.
  • Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation across multiple job sites.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify risks, implement corrective actions, and maintain operational excellence.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience with general contractors, developers, or in residential/commercial renovation projects.
  • Proficient in Procore or similar construction management software.
  • Strong understanding of capital expenditure projects, scheduling, and workforce management.
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best construction practices.
  • Experience in occupied facility renovations, senior living or multi-family .
  • Valid state driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
