In this full-time role, you'll serve as a critical liaison between clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders-ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all phases of construction projects in collaboration with project managers.
- Maintain and communicate project schedules, milestones, and status updates.
- Serve as the point of contact for clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and change orders.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality metrics to ensure compliance.
- Track and review project costs and assist with financial documentation.
- Maintain organized records and project documentation using Dropbox and internal systems.
- Identify and resolve project barriers in collaboration with management.
- Help prepare reports and updates for project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of project coordination or project management experience (general contractor experience ).
- Knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial controls for construction projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Dropbox.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project documentation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license required.

Schedule
- Full-Time - Monday to Friday
- Weekend and overtime work may be required depending on project timelines.
