Build Miniature Golf Courses. Manage Big Projects. Have Real Impact.
Ever wanted to say “I help build miniature golf courses” and mean it?
We’re a family-owned construction company that designs and builds custom miniature golf courses across the country—the kind with winding paths, water features, bridges, and serious wow-factor. We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives on ownership, organization, and seeing a project come to life from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:
As Project Manager, you’ll own projects from contract to completion and beyond. You’ll be the go-to person for customers, crews, and internal teams—making sure everything runs smoothly, on time, and on budget. Success looks like a happy customer, and the project being delivered on time and on budget.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Serving as the primary customer contact after contract execution
- Leading pre-construction planning (site readiness, grading, utilities, permitting, subs)
- Creating and managing project schedules in Buildertrend, our PM Software
- Coordinating materials, shipping, rentals, and logistics
- Working closely with foremen to keep crews aligned and productive
- Managing costs, negotiating pricing, and controlling expenses
- Overseeing warehouse operations and inventory readiness
- Coordinating specialty installations
- Supporting post-construction service, repairs, and warranties
- Continuously improving processes to make projects more efficient
In short: you make sure our courses are built right, built efficiently, and leave customers thrilled.
What We’re Looking For:
You don’t have to know miniature golf—but you do need solid construction project management experience and the confidence to lead.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- 3–5 years of project management experience in a construction field required
- Construction, themed construction, architecture, or landscape experience ()
- Strong working knowledge of Buildertrend or similar PM software
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- The ability to juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities
- A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
- Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
Education:
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field required
Why This Role Is Different:
- You’ll work for a family-owned company
- Your work is creative, tangible, and fun—people literally vacation on what you build
- You’ll have real influence over processes, schedules, and outcomes
- You’ll collaborate with a tight-knit team that values accountability and teamwork
- No two projects look the same
Ready to Build Something Fun?
If you’re an experienced Project Manager who wants to take ownership, work on unique projects, and be part of a company with personality, we’d love to hear from you. We offer a generous compensation package, including annual bonus, a comprehensive benefits package and plenty of paid time off.
