Construction Project Manager – Roofing Focus
Experienced roofing project manager wanted! Oversee projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage roofing projects from sale to installation, ensuring smooth execution
• Coordinate with homeowners, installers, and subcontractors to resolve issues
• Conduct on-site punch list walkthroughs for quality assurance
• Order roofing materials and track timely delivery
• Schedule installations and ensure projects stay on track

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience with roofing
• Residential roofing installation experience or general experience in construction/home improvement.
