Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead modular construction projects from award through fabrication, delivery, and closeout. This DIRECT HIRE role will oversee project execution, VDC/BIM coordination, budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, and client relationships.

Qualifications:
\n
✔ Experience in construction, fabrication, modular, or industrial project management
\n
✔ Strong understanding of VDC/BIM and design coordination
\n
✔ Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and project financials
\n
✔ Scheduling and production planning experience
\n
✔ Strong communication and leadership skills
\n

⭐ 7+ years of project management experience
\n
⭐ Procore, Microsoft Office, and Excel proficiency
\n
⭐ PMP Certification
\n
⭐ Prior military experience
\n
✈ Travel may be required.
