ABOUT US

Located in Plano, TX, Orion Construction Group, LLC is a growing Nationwide Commercial Construction company providing commercial and retail construction services to a wide variety of clients including developers and retail establishments, doing ground-up and tenant finish out projects.

ABOUT THE JOB

Applicants must provide a list of the last 2 years completed projects. Include project name, building square foot and dollar amount.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, but not required
• Minimum of 2-10 years of experience in commercial project management experience required; client references .
• Expert understanding of the different facets of the construction process.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
• Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Project, Planswift or similar take-off software
• Experience with Procore and Sage Timberline is

Position Responsibilities and Tasks

• Scheduling, purchasing, estimating, as well as management of personnel, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Assist with expanding work with existing clients and developing new relationships.
• On-site relations with client/customer, facility representatives, subcontractors, and city officials.
• Management of projects from initial client/customer contact and proposal phases, hand-off to the field superintendents and foremen, through to accounting closeout.
• Providing updates/formal weekly schedules for all current and prospective projects to owners/executive management.
• Verification of inspection schedules and reports.

• Salary Range
  • $90,000 – $125,000, depending on experience
