We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who is passionate about construction, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in delivering an outstanding experience for every client.
Whether your background is in project management, superintendent leadership, site work, or field supervision, we're looking for someone who understands construction, communicates well with people, and enjoys solving problems before they become challenges.
What You'll Do
- Manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall project performance.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Monitor project costs and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and control expenses.
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
- Conduct jobsite visits to ensure quality, safety, and schedule expectations are met.
- Collaborate with superintendents and field teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and internal leadership.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on field experience.
- Hands-on construction experience .
- Experience managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and project budgets.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
