Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Orlando, FL

Role Overview:

Join our team as a Project Manager, where you'll lead construction projects from start to finish. You'll manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination, ensuring seamless communication with our client, consultants, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate clearly with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and government agencies.
• Engage in pre-construction activities, including estimating, bidding, and permitting.
• Review subcontractor scopes and pricing for accuracy.
• Handle subcontract agreements, RFI responses, change orders, and submittals.
• Update and maintain project schedules to reflect progress.
• Monitor project budgets and profitability.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field .
• 5+ years in commercial or industrial construction project management.
• Experience managing multiple projects and subcontractor relationships.
• Strong grasp of construction documents and cost control.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar software.

Work Environment:

• Full-time, onsite role in Orlando, FL.
• Occasional regional travel to project sites.
