As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our exterior renovation projects. Your strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively communicate with both clients and team members will be crucial in ensuring the success of each project.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project teams to ensure all project milestones are met
- Create and execute project plans, including budget management and timeline tracking
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and quality
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution
- Perform inspections on prospective jobs
- Canvass around existing projects to interact with neighbors
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in project management
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Construction industry experience
