Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation to completion
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications     
•  Assist with daily reports/RFIs/ Submittals/ monthly Payment for owner/subcontractors and closeout procedure 
• Prepare the project schedule & generate 2 weeks look-ahead schedule
• Schedule and attend owner’s meetings as required
•  Assist with project monitoring, budgeting, scheduling, submittals, payments, closeout etc.
• Prepare payments using AIA documents to owner is a must

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management in the construction field
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
