Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in concrete construction. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience managing concrete projects, from planning to completion. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese is required. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of leading teams in a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of concrete projects, including labor, materials, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with specifications, safety regulations, and project deadlines
- Manage daily field operations and coordinate closely with site supervisors and foremen
- Review blueprints, specifications, and construction documents to ensure accurate execution
- Monitor budgets and costs, approving expenditures and managing project financials
- Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Lead and motivate field staff while maintaining high-quality workmanship standards
- Identify potential issues early and implement corrective measures to avoid project delays
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of concrete construction project management experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Solid knowledge of project management principles and construction safety practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Salary Range:
$85,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
