Develop subcontractor scopes of work Generate subcontracts
Material procurement & PO's
Order materials
Develop a list of Submittals
Review project details with supervisor

Distribute CD's and project info to Super

Construction Activities
Oversee subs signed contracts Oversee subs certificate of insurance

Oversee Project Closeout
Secure subs signature on close outs
Safety meeting and OSHA requirements Project Coordination
On-Site Quality Management
On-site Job Meeting Management Develop meeting Minutes
Subs Pay Requisition Review & Approval Shop Drawing Review & Approval Oversee submittal process

Risk Management
RFI Management
Resolve on site discrepancies and personnel issues
Delegate day-to-day jobsite responsibilities
Regularly update critical path project schedules
