Construction Project Manager - Multifamily

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a growing team in the Tampa area. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing ground-up multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
• Manage project timelines, costs, and quality to ensure successful delivery
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, owners, and field teams
• Review and manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals
• Ensure compliance with plans, specs, and safety standards
• Lead regular project meetings and provide progress reports to ownership
• Work closely with the Superintendent to maintain project goals and milestones

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Project Manager in multifamily construction projects
• Proven background in managing large-scale apartment or mixed-use projects
• Strong knowledge of ground-up construction processes and subcontractor management
• Proficient in project management software and scheduling tools
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
