Job Description

The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients.

Responsibilities

• Candidates need large project experience and managing general contractors and trade partners and telecom partners.
• Construction Manager provides site level project management to ensure (Data Center) projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Collaboration with cross functional partners centrally, on-site contractors, connectivity installers, and other key stakeholders.
• Oversee all stages of project life cycle
• Manage project budget
• Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
• Experience with mechanical systems and Professional Level Engineering or other related discipline is
• Candidates must have experience managing general contractors and trade partners on large projects

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
