Azumi Group is expanding across the Americas and we’re looking for a Project Manager who can lead the design, construction, and delivery of our new restaurant openings with precision, pace, and the highest standards of quality.

This role sits at the intersection of construction, design, operations, and brand. You’ll oversee complex, high-end fit-outs across multiple concepts, ensuring every venue opens exactly as envisioned.

Based in Miami, you’ll work closely with global stakeholders and support projects across the Americas and select international markets. This role will require travel across the region.

What You’ll Do

• Define and develop the project brief alongside executive leadership, design leads, and brand stakeholders
• Set clear project objectives, timelines, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment at every stage
• Identify key stakeholders and manage communication from inception to handover
• Lead the tender process, evaluating bids, negotiating terms, and selecting general contractors and specialist vendors
• Oversee construction quality, ensuring all works follow plans, specifications, health + safety requirements, and brand standards
• Manage project risks proactively, implementing mitigation plans and maintaining cost control throughout
• Coordinate closely with operations teams to align design, layout, and functional requirements for a smooth opening
• Monitor contract compliance, ensuring all conditions are satisfied before final accounts are approved
• Prepare phased and detailed handover documentation, ensuring operational readiness
• Drive transparency and ethical practice in all procurement and contractor interactions
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously, balancing pace with flawless execution

What You Bring

• Proven experience in high-end F&B, hospitality, or luxury commercial fit-out project management
• Strong technical competency with the ability to interpret construction drawings, MEP plans, architectural specs, and design documents
• Demonstrated experience managing complex build-outs from pre-construction through handover
• Confidence in negotiation, contractor management, and vendor coordination
• Ability to problem-solve quickly and calmly in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive alignment across disciplines
• Understanding of construction contracts, procurement methods, and project management tools
• A collaborative approach with the ability to navigate differing viewpoints and deliver unified solutions
