The Opportunity

This position offers the chance to join a well-established and growing GC with a strong pipeline of work across the region. You’ll play a key role in delivering complex, high-value projects while working within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from pre-construction through completion
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance
• Drive problem-solving and decision-making across all project phases

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working with a General Contractor
• Proven track record delivering multi-family construction projects
• Experience within the commercial construction sector
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines effectively
