Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is responsible for planning, coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from kickoff through completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation
• Monitor jobsite safety, quality, and compliance with plans and specifications
• Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings
• Identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track
• Communicate project status to owners, architects, and leadership
• Ensure timely project closeout, including punch lists and final documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of project management experience in construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
