Reporting directly to the Project Executive, this role is responsible for managing all phases of constructionensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee 23 affordable multifamily projects (approx. 120 units total).

  • Manage construction documents (SDs, DDs, CDs) and value engineering efforts.

  • Lead and coordinate communications between owners, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.

  • Maintain and update construction schedules and budgets.

  • Administer contracts between Owner-GC and GC-Subcontractors/Vendors.

  • Process documentation including draw requests, payments, permits, inspections, and close-out packages.

  • Serve as a liaison with construction lenders and third-party consultants.

  • Support field operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

  • Assist the transition from construction to residential operations.

  • Respond to warranty issues and final project close-out.

  • Ensure all company policies, safety protocols, and project requirements are followed.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree or higher in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field .

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing multifamily construction projects.

  • In lieu of a degree, 10 years of relevant experience will be considered.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel; Procore and QuickBooks experience is a plus.

  • Knowledge of construction codes, permitting, and trade work.

  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to travel between job sites and offices.
