Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and bid packages
  • Solicit subcontractor bids and ensure full trade coverage
  • Develop scopes of work, schedules, and general conditions
  • Issue contracts, purchase orders, and letters of intent
  • Prequalify subcontractors and review bids for scope and compliance
  • Coordinate long-lead items to meet project timelines
  • Prepare and manage contract documents and project requirements
  • Set up cost codes and track budgets, forecasts, and profitability
  • Assist with pay applications and subcontractor billing
  • Review and approve payments based on progress and quality
  • Maintain accurate cost reporting and projections
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Maintain schedules, logs, and weekly project reports
  • Lead weekly meetings and track action items
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Monitor daily progress and ensure alignment with schedule
  • Manage punch lists and project completion
  • Compile closeout documents, O&M manuals, and final approvals
  • Coordinate final inspections and occupancy certification

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project, CMiC, Smartsheet)
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
