A well-established Florida general contractor is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects throughout Palm Beach County and the surrounding region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with experience managing healthcare renovations, medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, hospitals, or other occupied healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement activities
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, architects, engineers, and client stakeholders
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Coordinate work within occupied healthcare environments while minimizing disruption to operations
• Maintain compliance with all healthcare facility requirements and safety standards

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
• Healthcare construction experience required
• Experience with hospitals, medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, imaging centers, or healthcare renovations
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
• Experience using Procore and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
