Project Manager – Commercial Construction | Jacksonville, FL

• Based in Jacksonville, Florida, with periodic travel for projects along the East Coast and as far west as Texas.
• Manage commercial construction projects from kickoff through completion, including schedules, budgets, documentation, and site progress.
• Coordinate clients, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Manage subcontractor bids, buyouts, project costs, progress payments, and change orders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or related field .
• 7+ years of combined construction/design-build experience with 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience with ground-up, healthcare, and clean-room construction strongly .
• Proven success managing multimillion-dollar construction projects.
