RQ Construction is seeking experienced Construction Project Managers to support field operations on active U.S. military bases in Georgia and Florida.

In this role, the Project Manager will lead construction projects from concept through completion, ensuring all phases, from pre-construction planning and design to final handover, are executed efficiently. The position is responsible for delivering projects that meet company standards for quality, budget, and schedule, while upholding RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.

This is a fully on-site role. Candidates based locally are strongly encouraged to apply, though relocation or travel may be necessary. Due to project requirements on military installations, U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual Salary: $110,000 - $170,000
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline required (or equivalent combination of education and professional experience)
  • Minimum of 2 years managing commercial construction projects or similar responsibilities
  • At least 6 years of increasing responsibility within the construction field, including roles such as Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager
  • Prior experience working in a design-build environment is
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with construction software such as Primavera P3/P6, Viewpoint, BIM platforms, or Revit is advantageous
  • CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30 certifications required (training can be provided if needed); STS certification is a plus
  • LEED Green Associate or Accredited Professional credentials are
