The Role:

Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, you will lead commercial construction projects, with a focus on healthcare or tenant improvement, from concept to completion.

You will manage schedules, costs, contracts, and documentation, including RFIs and change orders, while mitigating risks and collaborating with superintendents for efficient execution. Additionally, you will mentor junior staff, demonstrating strong leadership.

We are looking for someone with at least ten years of experience in healthcare construction or heavy tenant improvement construction, with a history of longevity (5-6 years at recent employers) and a Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field.
